Family Photographer Rochester NY | When the cherry trees and daffodils bloom in the Spring in Highland park, it is so brief but so beautiful, that I always try to fit in as many family sessions as possible. This was my second year capturing this family, and I absolutely love photographing them. The purples mom picked for their outfits and the way she coordinated patterns looks perfect with the pinks and greens of the park. The kids seemed to have so much fun during our session. I don’t try to force them into staged smiles, we actually spent a lot of the time playing! I give them some direction for what to do, but sometimes at this age, kids will do their own thing. You might think that makes it more difficult to photograph them (and sometimes, it does!) but it also makes the session so much more fun. I love capturing their spirit and personality while they have fun with their family!
