Rochester, NY Family Photographer | To be totally honest, I was a little nervous going into this session. I’m an over-thinker (anyone else?), and I was thinking, a 10 year old boy, that could be an awkward age for being affectionate with your parents, there is no sibling to interact with to loosen him up, what if he didn’t like my goofiness? I could not have been more wrong. This was one of my favorite sessions of the season. This family was so comfortable together, so happy, silly and loving. They went with every suggestion I threw at them and laughed and played the whole time. Maybe he did feel a little awkward being affectionate with his parents, but it doesn’t show at all in the pictures. Just don’t show his friends the pictures! 😉
